Free Consultation
We start with a no-pressure call or meeting to understand your current bookkeeping setup, pain points, and business goals.
Client Intake & Document Gathering
You’ll complete a short intake questionnaire and provide access to your bank/credit card feeds, previous accounting files, and key documents (GST accounts, supplier lists, etc.).
One-Time Setup & Catch-Up Work (if needed)
We clean up historical records, set up or optimize your chart of accounts (including job costing and parts/tire categories for auto shops), reconcile prior months, and ensure GST compliance. This is quoted as a separate fixed-fee project after review.
